When you create an account or run a mining session, we collect basic details such as your email address, wallet address, and mining activity. We do not store sensitive financial information — such as card or bank details — on our servers.
This information keeps the app running — processing withdrawals once you cross the 8 USDT threshold, managing your referrals, and calculating your mining rate. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Lightweight analytics tools help us understand how the app and website are used, so we can fix friction points and improve performance. These tools are not used to build an identifiable profile of you.
Wallet credentials are encrypted, and mining activity is logged securely on our end. That said, account security is a shared responsibility — keep your password private and avoid reusing it elsewhere.
You can request access to, corrections of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Reach out to our support team below and we'll handle the request directly.
Some functions — app hosting, analytics, and email delivery — run through vetted third-party providers. Each is bound by data protection standards and has no access to your sensitive account information.
